Hospitality and Blinds with Scott Ota

Please join the ATX Somm community in welcoming Scott Ota.  Scott is an Advanced Sommelier with the Court of Master Sommeliers and WSET Advanced.  He has been a leader in the San Antonio area and has a gift in hospitality.  He will walk us through how he executes hospitality at the highest levels and then a blind tasting of four wines.
