ATX Somms: Certified Sommelier Mock Exam

Preparing for the Certified Sommelier Exam? Join ATX Somms for an intensive mock examination designed to simulate key components of the exam in a supportive, educational environment.

Participants will rotate through three core sections:

• Theory – A timed mock written examination covering certified level wine, spirits, sake, beer and service knowledge.
• Blind Tasting – Guided blind tasting practice using the Court of Master Sommelier deductive tasting format with constructive feedback.
• Service – Mock restaurant service scenarios designed to test poise, technical knowledge, salesmanship and hospitality under pressure.

This session is intended to help candidates identify strengths, uncover areas for improvement and build confidence ahead of the exam.
